Shaden Al Samman
Shaden is a team administrator, often the first point of contact for families/carers and patients. Shaden joined Maudsley Health in February 2016 and supports the service in a wide variety of ways.
She makes appointment bookings, receives payments, collects patient outcome measures and is able to translate when necessary, having worked previously as an official translator in other services, including health.
Dr Dennis Ougrin

Dr Ougrin, MBBS, MRCPsych, PGDip (Oxon), PhD, graduated from medical school in Ukraine in 1998 and came to England to undertake his post-graduate training. He completed his higher training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Guy's and Maudsley and is currently a consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry leading the Supported Discharge Service at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr. Sue Goode is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health having worked in both research and clinical practice. She is chartered by the British Psychological Society and licensed to practice by both the UK Health Professionals Council and HAAD.
Dr. Goode holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, University of London and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Essex.
