The 10th Maudsley Health Annual Conference continues Maudsley Health’s commitment to advancing mental healthcare in the UAE, in collaboration with Maudsley Hospital, London.

Poster Presentations Requirements

  • Originality

    Published or unpublished work.

  • Language

    English

  • Length

    No more than 300 words.

  • Format

    Microsoft Word document, single-spaced, Times New Roman, size 12

Content must include

  • Authors
  • Affiliation
  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • References

How Poster Presentations are selected.

Selection Process and Criteria

Submissions will undergo peer review and be evaluated based on:

  1. Relevance to the conference theme

  2. Completeness of submission

  3. Clear structure and clarity of content

  4. Significance to the field of mental health

Note: Incomplete submissions will be excluded.

Technical Guidelines

On-Site Poster

85 × 200 cm
  • Size: 85 cm x 200 cm (roll-up banner)
  • Maximum 300 words with a large, readable font
  • Use of graphs, charts, and tables is encouraged
  • Posters must follow a logical content flow
  • Posters will be displayed in a dedicated on-site and digital space

Digital Poster

16:9 • PDF
  • Submit a 16:9 PowerPoint landscape file converted to PDF (maximum 10 MB)
  • No hyperlinks; text and static images only
  • The file name must match the Poster Presentations title
  • No modifications will be permitted after submission

Submission Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • One poster presentation per presenting author
  • The presenter must register and attend if accepted
  • The presenting author is responsible for the submission and communication with co-authors
  • Non-registered presenters will be removed from the programme
  • Accepted poster presentations may be published in conference materials
  • The poster presentation type or theme may be revised following review
  • Submitted work must not have been presented elsewhere
