Aisha Al Sayegh

Aisha Al Sayegh is Head of Public Relations at Maudsley Health Abu Dhabi, where she leads the organisation’s public relations, marketing, communications and community engagement. Her work bridges clinical expertise and the communities Maudsley Health serves — translating specialist mental health care into initiatives that reach families where they are, and helping to build a culture in which mental health is spoken about openly and without stigma. 

Aisha has developed and led a portfolio of community programmes that put families at the centre of care, from support for people living with memory conditions and their carers, to initiatives for mothers, young women, and parents of children with additional needs. She believes engagement is everyone’s responsibility, and works closely with clinical teams, government bodies and community partners across Abu Dhabi to create programmes and partnerships that make a genuine difference. Her approach is rooted in cultural authenticity and a conviction that the best ideas come from listening — to patients, to families, and to the community. 

Aisha holds a Master of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, having spent six years living and studying in New York.
