Cognitive Therapy for Depression program.  
 
The evidence-based 8-week course is designed to help combat depression, anxiety, 
and stress.

The Benefits
During the group skills-based course participants will learn:
  • A range of formal and informal mindfulness practices and cognitive strategies for daily implementation
  • Techniques to respond differently to unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting, enhancing emotional balance during challenging situations 
  • Early detection of depression relapse and symptom reduction, as supported by research 
  • Regular mindfulness practice to reduce emotional and physical distress, improve coping with life’s difficulties, and increase a sense of well-being
