Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, majoring in accounting, from Alexandria University, Egypt, class of 2011. Mohamed also completed the B-CARE program, a specialized training in customer service, from BE Tech Training, Alexandria, Egypt.

With over 11 years of experience in customer service and front office operations, Mohamed began his career as a Customer Service Executive at Vodafone Egypt (2012–2015). He later joined Louran Hospital as a Front Office Executive (2016–2019), then was promoted to Front Office Supervisor (2019–2023). In 2019, Mohamed moved to Abu Dhabi and joined the Advanced Centre for Daycare Surgery. In December 2023, Mohamed joined Maudsley Health, and in February 2025, was promoted to Senior Administrator, where he continues to apply strong leadership and organizational skills.

Mohamed is the Senior Administrator for the AHMS team at Maudsley Health. His expertise includes patient relations, front office operations, team leadership, and performance management which he applies to his role. He is dedicated to enhancing patient experience and maintaining high service standards through continuous development and strong team collaboration.
