Remoun holds a Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management, completed in 2010. Remoun also completed several professional training programs, including a Professional International Trainer Program (from the USA Productivity Institute) in January 2014, a Leadership by Charisma Training Program (from the USA Productivity Institute) in November 2014, and a Presentation Skills Training Program (from LJL SEMINARS – MEDEX International – USA) in February 2015.

Remoun’s professional journey began at Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital, where he worked from June 2018 to June 2021. During his time there, Remoun held various positions, including Customer Service Manager, Team Leader, VIP Officer, Complaint Officer, Receptionist, and Call Center Administrtor. This experience provided Remoun with opportunities to develop leadership skills, manage teams effectively, and enhance customer service capabilities with a patient centered approach.

Remoun is the Senior Administrator for the CAMHS team at Maudsley Health. His role focuses on leading administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within the organisation. Additionally, his role focuses on delivering a high-quality, patient centered service by supporting his team in improving and applying patient-centered processes. Remoun possesses strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills, all of which contribute to enhancing patient satisfaction and achieving organisational goals.
