Ishita Rathi

Ishita is an experienced Human Resources Professional with 7 years of work exposure in UAE and India. Ishita joined Maudsley Health in 2019, primarily for recruiting mental health professionals and as an Executive Assistant to Jo Fletcher, Managing Director.

Ishita facilitates the general HR and recruitment functions for the Maudsley Health, Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams. She has been working in the healthcare industry with focus areas mainly including Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Human Capital Management, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, JCI Accreditation, Health Facility and Health Professional Licensing and, Labour Laws.

She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Management with a major in Human Resources, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional from CPD, UK.
